Recent probate record enquiry

All records in probate are kept alphabetically according to the family name of the deceased. A search can be made by attending at Level 5 of the Law Courts Building between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. Staff at the Inquiries Counter will show you how a search can be carried out. No fees are charged for a search.
A copy of a will can be obtained if the will has been the subject of a grant of probate. A copy of a grant can be obtained in the same way that a copy of a will is requested. You will also need to indicate if you are an executor or a beneficiary.

Overseas Skills Recognition for Pharmacists to work in Australia
Australian Pharmacy Council (APC). The Examining Committee assists overseas-trained pharmacists to obtain registration to practise as a pharmacist in Australia. Below is the website http://www.pharmacycouncil.org.au/APC_APEC.html
Under stream A - an overall Band score of at least 7.5 (with a minimum score of 7.0 in each of the four components) at the Academic level of IELTS is an essential prerequisite for enrolment in the APC Stage I Examination (as used in Stream A).
English results are valid for 2 years for APC purposes.
All candidates must have a valid English result, at the current requirement, at the time they enrol and at the time they sit the Stage I Examination. This includes candidates who have had an unsuccessful attempt at the Stage I Examination and are resitting that examination.
